Territory Sales Representative - Detroit, MI

Salary:$75,000 base salary plus commission, with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $150,000 Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a motivated and professional Territory Sales Representative to join its Field Sales team. This role focuses on both new business development and account management, providing the opportunity to represent a leading wellness brand and drive revenue growth while building strong client relationships. Job Responsibilities:
• Achieve local sales, profitability, and cash flow targets
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while managing existing accounts
• Generate leads, profile customers, plan activities, and maintain accurate CRM records
• Build and maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Provide market feedback on trends and competitor activity
• Conduct customer and prospect visits in line with company sales standards
• Manage complex sales cycles and present tailored solutions Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Territory Sales or a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
• Proven success in solution-based selling and managing complex deals
• Strong consulting sales approach and negotiation skills
• Experience using CRM systems; Salesforce knowledge is a plus
• Highly organized, result-driven, and proactive
• Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills
• Passion for fitness, wellness, and a customer-first mindset
