Salary Range: $78,000 - $118,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize inventory levels for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Develop and implement material planning strategies to support production schedules.
• Oversee procurement activities, ensuring timely and and cost-effective acquisition of materials.
• Collaborate with suppliers to maintain strong relationships and ensure on-time delivery and quality.
• Lead and mentor the materials planning, purchasing, and warehousing teams.
• Implement and maintain robust inventory control systems and processes.
• Analyze material usage and forecast future requirements to prevent shortages or overstock.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in materials management, supply chain, or procurement within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for inventory planning and control.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, with a focus on process improvement and cost reduction.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving skills to optimize material flow and inventory levels.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean/Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
• Experience with advanced planning systems (APS) or demand forecasting software.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, advanced Excel for modeling) for supply chain optimization.
