We're seeking passionate, knowledgeable Sales Associates who are driven to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

$35,000 - $80,000+ Yearly Depending on experience

• Welcome customers with a warm and friendly greeting, build relationships and offer a personalized shopping experience
• Determine customers' needs and provide them with appropriate product choices
• Develop and maintain relationships
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining exceptional customer service standards
• Help customers celebrate their most important occasions with a gift of love from Medawar's
• Document sales by creating or updating customer profile records
• Process payments at the register and handle customer transactions and service issues appropriately
• Keep customers informed of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest
• Collaborate with the team to accomplish related results and contribute to team effort
• Perform store setup and closing operations, including opening and closing the office area and moving jewelry to and from the store safe and display areas
• Perform basic store maintenance, merchandising, and other required activities to keep the store clean, safe, and inviting

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Upbeat, Positive & Energetic
• Must love working with beautiful products
• Experience in luxury retail sales, customer service, or retail is preferred
• Passion for helping clients celebrate life's special moments with our beautiful products
• Strong listening skills and ability to understand and meet client's needs
• Dependable, success-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality results
• Positive outlook and ability to create a welcoming and fun-loving environment for clients
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills to provide a seamless shopping experience
