Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain commercial lawn equipment for mowing, trimming, edging, and other landscape maintenance tasks
• Assist with landscape installations and seasonal property clean-ups
• Participate in commercial snow and ice management during the winter months
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a safe work environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete daily assignments efficiently
• Attend training sessions and participate in ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical outdoor work in various weather conditions
• Experience or knowledge of commercial lawn equipment preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Willingness to obtain a chauffeur's license and DOT medical card
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Ability to pass a background check
