Production Operator
Job Title: Entry-Level Production Operator
Location: Farwell, MI
Job Type: Full-Time | 1st AND 3rd shift available
Pay: $16-17/hr
Job Summary:
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Production Operators. In this role, you will play a vital part in the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing plant, helping produce high-quality products in a safe and efficient manner. No prior manufacturing experience is required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate basic machinery and production equipment
Assemble, inspect, and package products to meet quality standards
Monitor the production process and report any issues to supervisors
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Meet daily production goals and work efficiently as part of a team
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience a plus but not required
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and learn new tasks
Reliable attendance and punctuality are a must
