Job Title: Set-Up Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Delivery & Setup
  • Prepare and secure mobile office trailers and units for delivery
  • Take down buildings for transport by putting up temporary shipping walls, securing the outside walls, and separating connected units
  • Disconnect utilities (including power, water, and crossover connections)
  • Install ramps, skirting, anchors, stairs, and other setup components
  • Load, unload, assemble, and arrange furniture inside trailers
  • Conduct service work on customer units in the field, including light electrical and plumbing repairs
• Facilities & Maintenance
  • Perform light construction and repair work (carpentry, flooring, painting, plumbing, electrical)
  • Conduct basic grounds and yard maintenance
  • Maintain proper inventory levels of tools, equipment, and parts
• Customer Interaction
  • Serve as the primary on-site contact during trailer setup
  • Ensure client satisfaction with trailer placement, furniture arrangement, and site readiness

Schedule

• Standard shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime available)

Compensation

• $19–$23 per hour , depending on experience

Must have prior carpentry experience to be considered for this position.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brighton, MI.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Brighton,MI.
