Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is sought for a K-12 school setting for the 2025-2026 school year. This on-site position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, providing flexibility to fit various professional needs. The role is based in Benton Harbor, Michigan, and is structured as a contract for the upcoming academic year.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Michigan
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience working in school settings is preferred
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for K-12 students with speech and language disorders
- Deliver evidence-based therapy services aligned with student IEP goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students communication development
- Maintain thorough documentation and comply with all applicable regulations and school policies
- Participate in ongoing professional development and school-wide initiatives
