Description /Position Summary
Position Location: Flint, Michigan
Primary Responsibilities & Duties:
- Entering and Paying Vendor Invoices
- Manage Communications Account
- Onboarding new employees
- Filing
- HR & Payroll support
- License Tracking and Renewal
- Gathering and Entering Employee Hours as needed
- Booking Hotels
- Preparing Monthly Credit Card Reconciliations
- Weekly Reports to Supervisors
- Additional Support for Billing as needed
- Answer phones
Key Skills and Knowledge:
- Required High school or equivalent
- 3 years of experience preferred.
- Superior oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and professionally to all levels of management and customers
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power-Point as well as the ability to learn other customized software applications
- Demonstrated ability to respect and adhere to strict deadlines Able to work well independently, self-directed, internally motivated
