Interim System Director – Peri-Operative Services & Infusion

🔥 Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced System Director of Peri-Operative Services & Infusion to oversee surgical and procedural departments across two campuses in Wyoming.

This is a high-impact interim leadership role responsible for operational oversight, clinical direction, staff development, and budget management for:

• Operating Room (OR)
• Pre-Op & PACU
• Central Sterile
• Cath Lab
• Infusion Services
• Inpatient & Outpatient Surgical Services

The Director will divide time between Riverton and Lander campuses based on organizational needs.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead and direct peri-operative & infusion services across two facilities
✔ Oversee clinical and non-clinical staff
✔ Manage department budgets and productivity
✔ Coordinate patient flow (Pre-op → Intra-op → Post-op)
✔ Ensure regulatory and quality compliance
✔ Support interdisciplinary collaboration
✔ Drive operational efficiency and staff development

✅ Required Qualifications (MUST HAVE)

• Active Wyoming RN license OR Compact RN license
• ACLS, BLS, PALS (AHA only)
• Minimum 5 years recent Director-level OR / Surgical Services leadership experience
• Proven experience managing OR, PACU, and Central Sterile
• Budget and operational management experience

⚠️ Manager-level experience alone will not qualify.

• Monday–Friday
• Hours vary based on department needs
• No weekend requirement
• No call requirement
