We are currently seeking a creative and innovative Marketing Visual Design Specialist to join our marketing team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to develop and execute creative content that aligns with the company's mission, goals, and objectives. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with an eye for design and an exceptional ability to ideate and execute all forms of media and marketing collateral.

Position Description

Under general direction from the Marketing Manager, the employee in the Marketing Visual Design Specialist position will perform the following essential job functions. Other duties may be assigned by the Marketing Manager and/or designee:

• Ideate and produce high-quality, visually appealing content for various platforms, including web, social media, emails, ads, events and other marketing materials through video, photography, and graphics.
• Manage brand integrity across all digital and print media, through type, color, imagery, and design, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with other departments to help develop marketing materials.
• Understand our key markets and audience.
• Analyze and report on marketing metrics to make continuous improvements.
• Manage projects from inception to completion independently effectively under tight deadlines.
• Ability to travel 20% to multi-state project sites.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
• Three (3) plus years of experience in a similar role creating brand assets including logos, graphics, and video content.
• Possess high level knowledge of email marketing platforms, social media platforms, content management systems, and analytic tools.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent visual and design skills.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
• Proven project management experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
