Supply Lead - Grand Rapids MI
- Maintaining appropriate inventory levels by monitoring and ordering supply items for all warehouse locations
- Processing daily dropship orders accurately and efficiently.
- Manage complex and escalated supply related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with the Accounting team to address questions related to purchase orders.
- Create and manage new orders in E-automate.
- Provide tracking information and respond to order status inquiries.
- Respond promptly and professionally to emails from vendors, as well as internal and external customers.
- Serve as backup support for FM audits and automated toner order processing.
- Experience working in E-automate preferred.
- Task oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills with the ability to meet time sensitive deadlines.
- High attention to detail with the ability to multitask without sacrificing accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle escalated issues professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability to team goals.
- Experience in purchasing, inventory management, or supply chain operations preferred.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent
