The minimum compensation for this role is listed below; pay will be determined based on experience:

$24 -$27 an hour

Sleep. Create. Repeat: Our Marketing Communications Specialist creates and takes the lead on social media, web, communication and marketing needs. We take great pride in choosing Marketing Communications Specialists who are passionate about their work, independent and looking for more growth opportunities, can manage their time efficiently, and might even have a little design experience. The hours for this full-time position are based out of our Kalamazoo Headquarters, Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm.

A Day in the Life

• Arrive to the office ready to create
• Lead the development of internal and external communication and marketing materials
• Design and post creative content for company social media such as Facebook and Instagram
• Track and analyze data relating to marketing efforts
• Maintain the company brand identity
• Collaborate with multiple departments on marketing needs for company events
• Maintain website files

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent education and experience) in Marketing, Advertising or related field
• Attention to detail while working within deadlines
• Strong organizational skills
• Must possess superior communication and customer service skills, confidentiality and professionalism
• Ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly and efficiently
• Ability to coordinate processes and work well with various departments
• Self-starter, highly motivated with a high productivity level
• Ability to complete projects using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator, preferred
• Graphic design and/or photography experience, preferred
