Sales Manager position available at a sales and distribution center in the Coldwater, Michigan area.

This is a direct hire opportunity working at our client location who is a global market leader in their industry. Salary range will be $81k to $90k based on experience. Hours are Monday through Thursday, 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Closed on Fridays but still need to be available via e-mail.

Tasks and duties for the Sales Manager position include:
-Acquisition of new customers, key accounts, SMEs and business areas
-Regular travel throughout the US
-Sales and margin responsibility
-Maintain existing customers, increasing value of current customers
-Presentation at trades show and planning, overseeing market initiatives
-Develop proposals and quotes and follow-up
-Leading independent sales repos and implementation of product presentation and training

Sales Manager Profile and Requirements:
-Good verbal and written communication skills.
-Three plus years of b2b sales preferred
-BA degree in business administration or comparable training
-Must be able to communicate with clients of all backgrounds and educationlevels
-Good customer service skills and knowledge of an ERP and CRM system
-Positive attitude. Constantly encouraging others.
