Entry-Level Maintenance Crew Member

As an Entry-Level Maintenance Crew Member , you will play a crucial role in assisting with landscape maintenance, operate basic tools and machinery, and support experienced crew members. Responsibilities
- Assist in completing daily work objectives as directed by senior crew members.
- Maintain and organize work vehicles and equipment .
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate gear for all weather conditions.
- Learn and consistently use OMA's time and production app for time and job tracking.
- Complete assigned skill development courses on OMA's learning platform in a timely manner.
- Maintain a professional appearance and interact respectfully with customers and team members.
