Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure targets for output, quality, and delivery are consistently met.
• Implement and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize waste.
• Manage, train, and develop production teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance across all operations.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to optimize flow.
• Develop and manage operational budgets, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and resource optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, supply chain, sales) to align operational strategies and resolve issues.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) in operations management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and team development skills with a track record of motivating and managing production teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Solid understanding of production planning, supply chain management, and quality control principles.
• Ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and drive cost-reduction initiatives.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Demonstrated experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Familiarity with automation technologies and Industry 4.0 principles.
