Salary Range: $50,000 - $79,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all general administrative functions for the office, including supplies, mail, and visitor reception.
- Coordinate office facility maintenance, cleanliness, and safety compliance for administrative areas.
- Provide essential HR support, including new hire onboarding paperwork, timecard management, and employee record keeping.
- Oversee office budgeting, expense tracking, and processing of invoices for administrative operations.
- Facilitate internal and external communication, managing correspondence and information flow within the facility.
- Support manufacturing operations by managing production-related documentation and record-keeping systems.
- Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements for management and sales teams.
Recommended Qualifications
- Experience in an office management or senior administrative role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities across all levels of an organization.
- Familiarity with basic accounting/HR administrative tasks and manufacturing operational procedures.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite)
- Familiarity with manufacturing safety protocols and procedures (e.g., OSHA)
- Basic understanding of supply chain or inventory management principles
- Experience coordinating with production teams or shop floor personnel
