Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage and run a busy restaurant floor daily
• Lead, mentor, coach, and develop the team
• Uphold the highest standards in guest service daily
• Oversee the cleanliness of the restaurant daily

Restaurant Manager Requirements:

• Must have 3-4+ years as a full-service Restaurant Manager
• Experience managing a restaurant with a sales volume of at least 6M or higher
• Polished and professional with strong leadership skills
• Highly detail-orientated, action orientated and solution-focused; you are someone who cares about standards and adds value wherever you go
• Ability to create a positive environment and build quality relationships with team members
