Primary Role & Responsibilities
- Interacting with guests
- Section and bar cleanliness
- Restaurant cleanliness
- Lunch, dinner & brunch service
- Bar prep
- Zoning & organization
- Receiving & deliveries
- Bussing and resetting the bar top for guests
- Bussing and resetting tables
- Table maintenance
- Food running
- Opening & closing
Qualifications & Requirements
- 1 year restaurant experience preferred
- Detail orientated
- Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, & works well with others
- Excellent people skills
- Available to work weekends, evenings, & holidays
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
