Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and failures.
• Execute repairs and replacements of faulty machine components and systems.
• Install, test, and commission new production machinery.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues, wear, and defects.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
• Strong understanding and adherence to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
• Technical degree or relevant certifications in industrial maintenance or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming.
• Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques.
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Expertise in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Robotics maintenance experience.
