Duties & Responsibilities:

• Balance till daily


• Cashiering


• Closing Repair Orders


• Accounts Payable


• Check Filing


• Deposits Daily


• Mailing when needed


• Assist with police book and inventory work.


• Stocking vehicles into accounting


• Reconciling GM open account


• Posting invoices from our GM open account


• Accounting on Dealer Trades


• Cross train other duties as necessary

Qualifications

• Strong teamwork skills


• Hard working & punctual with a great attitude


• Manages time wisely


• Attention to detail


• Quick learner


• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment


• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check


• Must have clean & valid driver's license


• Previous experience working in a car dealership is ideal.


• Experience working with CDK is a huge plus!


• High school diploma or GED certificate
