Salary Range: $89,000 - $135,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Optimize inventory levels for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to minimize costs and ensure production continuity.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve logistics efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance delivery performance.
• Negotiate contracts with carriers, suppliers, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant shipping regulations, customs requirements, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and sales teams to synchronize logistics activities with manufacturing schedules and customer demand.
• Oversee the effective utilization of warehouse space, equipment, and logistics personnel.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in logistics management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Deep understanding of inventory control, warehousing operations, domestic and international transportation, and customs compliance.
• Proven track record of optimizing logistics processes, implementing continuous improvement, and leading cross-functional teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with international shipping regulations and customs compliance.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
