Customer Service Representative
Customer Service Representative
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customers by processing service requests, resolving billing inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers by phone or in person with installations, service changes, and terminations
- Enter and maintain accurate customer and order information
- Resolve billing questions and service issues; escalate when needed
- Partner with sales and internal teams to resolve order and service concerns
- Ensure compliance with company policies while delivering excellent service
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED; 2–3 years of customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication, data entry, and problem‑solving skills
- Experience with order processing or customer service systems a plus
- Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in a fast‑paced environment
Work Environment
- Office‑based role with regular computer use
- Occasional lifting up to 10 lbs
