SR PROJECT ADMIN IT(ONSITE)
The Senior Information Technology (IT) Project Administrator oversees the organization and coordination of projects assigned, including the budget and captures measurable outcomes of noncomplex and complex projects. The primary responsibilities of the Senior IT Project Administrator are to overall direct, coordinate, and implement projects that align with the organization's strategy, commitments, and meet organizational goals.

- Manages assigned project(s), coordinates internal resourcing and availability and vendor/third parties through to execution of projects.
- Works with key stakeholders to develop project goals, objectives, project scope and timelines that meet the business's needs.
- Documents all aspects of the project including scope and tracking.
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
- Monitors and adjusts plan as project requirements shift.
- Communicates and documents project quality and progress metrics.
- Addresses and resolves project issues to ensure project remains on track and escalates as appropriate.
- Work within IT governance structure to prioritize, approve, schedule, initiate, and execute projects.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Manages a portfolio of projects.
- Leads and coordinates team meetings.
- Ensures communication occurs across impacted teams and operational stakeholders.
- Provide guidance, support, and direction to ensure that project team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Mentors and provides support to other IT Project Administrators.
- Independently brings forward innovative ideas to operations and IT leadership.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree required. In lieu of Bachelor's degree, a minimum of three (3) years Healthcare, IT or finance/account receivable experience in field required and willing to obtain a Bachelor's degree within four (4) years.
Minimum 7 years leading projects and/or 2 years of Leadership experience required.
Minimum 5 years' experience with vendor software and its operations preferred.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Must obtain and maintain at least 1 vendor certifications in specified applications.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS - Ability to maintain punctual attendance consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards
- Frequent standing, walking, sitting, handling, feeling, talking, hearing, and near vision
- Occasional lifting up to 10 lbs.
- Occasional reclining, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, squatting, crawling, twisting, reaching, far vision, and depth perception.
