Controls Engineer
We are seeking a Controls Engineer to support the design, programming, and commissioning of advanced automation and robotic systems. This role requires strong experience with PLC/HMI programming, robotic integration, and machine vision systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Program and debug PLC systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.)
- Develop HMI applications and operator interfaces
- Program and integrate industrial robots (FANUC, ABB, KUKA, Yaskawa, UR)
- Configure and integrate machine vision systems (Cognex, Keyence, etc.)
- Support system bring-up, FAT/SAT, and on-site commissioning
- Troubleshoot controls, motion systems, and industrial networks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–5 years of industrial automation experience
- Hands-on PLC programming and HMI development experience
- Experience integrating robotic and vision systems
- Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot control systems
- Willingness to travel for commissioning (no more than 25%)
