Sales Manager – North America-
Client is looking for experienced individual with knowledge of Autonomous Vehicles and Robots. Direct Hire position with room for growth.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Sales Execution Performance
o Develop and execute the company’s annual sales targets, ensuring year-over-year
revenue growth in North America.
o Track and report monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance against KPIs,
ensuring quota attainment.
o Drive pipeline growth of annual sales target through new business development and
account expansion.
2. Marketing & Strategy Alignment
o Assist in developing market entry strategies, providing insights on competitive
positioning and pricing.
o Provide recommendations and information support for major marketing decisions.
3. Business Development & Account Management
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the AGV, AMR
(Autonomous Mobile Robots), warehouse automation, and logistics sectors.
o Secure strategic customers annually, with a focus on high-revenue, long-term
contracts.
o Establish and execute customer retention programs to ensure renewal rates on
existing contracts.
4. Industry Expertise Product Knowledge
o Preference for candidates with experience in AGV, AMR, warehouse automation, or
industrial robotics industries.
o Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies to
support continuous innovation in sales strategy.
Position Requirements:
1. Education Experience
o Bachelor degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
o Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in industrial automation, robotics, logistics,
or related technology fields.
2. Technical Market Knowledge
o Strong understanding of autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), AGVs, machine vision,
and 3D SLAM laser navigation.
o Proven ability to translate technical solutions into commercial value propositions for
customers.
3. Sales Business Acumen
o Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding annual sales targets.
o Experience with B2B sales cycles, solution selling, and contract negotiation.
o Strong judgment, strategic decision-making, and ability to build and execute go-to-
market strategies.
4. Soft Skills and Work Ethic
o Strong leadership, interpersonal communication, and relationship-building skills.
