Candidate Requirements

• A High School Diploma is mandatory; more advanced education or equivalent experience gives you an edge.
• 3-5 years' experience in a relevant maintenance environment such as food production.
• Able to pass a Respirator Fit Test with an inherent focus on safety measures.
• Excellent analytical skills with a knack for solving complex problems, especially with PLCs and schematics.
• Hands-on proficiency with a diverse set of maintenance tools and apparatus.

Physical Expectations

• Standing, moving, and using hands and arms for maintenance processes is frequent.
• Ready to lift 50 pounds or more regularly.
• Adaptability to different weather settings and airborne particles is a must.
