Regional Construction Project Executive
- Provide executive-level oversight of multiple commercial and industrial projects within the Great Lakes Region.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships; serve as the primary point of escalation and executive contact.
- Lead business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and cultivating strategic partnerships.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all regional projects.
- Oversee and monitor project budgets, schedules, financial performance, and profitability.
- Mentor and develop project managers, engineers, and other regional staff.
- Deliver clear, data-driven reporting to senior leadership on performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Represent DYAS at client meetings, community events, and industry associations to strengthen brand presence.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 12-15+ years of construction/project management experience, including 5+ years in executive or regional leadership roles.
- Proven success managing large-scale, complex projects and overseeing multi-state operations.
- Strong business development background with excellent client-relations skills.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and financial management abilities.
- Proficiency with project management and financial tracking software.
- Flexibility to travel extensively throughout the Great Lakes Region for project oversight and client engagement.
