Salary Range: $72,000 - $111,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping.
• Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing holding costs.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse layouts and workflows to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
• Implement and maintain inventory control systems and conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and carriers.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles, including FIFO, LIFO, and cycle counting.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse setting.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• - Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
• - Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS CSCP, CPIM)
• - Forklift operator certification and experience
• - Experience with hazardous material handling and storage protocols
