Job Summary
Red Arrow Animal Clinic (RAAC) proudly celebrated 10 years of AAHA accreditation in 2024, and in 2025, we’re excited to welcome a full-time, experienced veterinary client care specialist to our dedicated team!

For over 40 years RAAC has endeavored to provide excellent patient care and customer service in an ever-growing field of veterinary care through continuous updates in technology, techniques, and medical practices. The pace is fast and dynamic, encouraging team members to cultivate independence and adaptability. Clear, direct communication is valued, and navigating diverse perspectives and priorities can call for a strong emotional intelligence.

The ideal client care specialist will have:

• Experience working in a customer service AND veterinary setting
• Fear-free handling techniques
• A solid understanding of animal anatomy and terminology
• Strong digital recordkeeping and documentation skills
• Proficiency in patient triage both virtually and face-to-face
• Proficiency in managing financial transactions
• Familiarity with DEA and OSHA compliance standards
• Confidence in client education and care communication
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
