My Member Insurance Agency is growing, and we are looking to hire the right individual to join our team. We are currently seeking to fill a licensed customer service representative role. We have insurance offices in Saginaw, MIdland, Sebewaing and Pigeon. • Provide exceptional customer service to current clients, both over the phone and in person
• Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
• Quote coverages and sell various types of insurance policies on behalf of insurance carriers
• Provide consistent support for teammates, including sales and service staff
• Service existing customers with policy requests/endorsements, claim and billing inquiries, and other requests
• Maintain consistent documentation in Agency Management System.

• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Great Customer Service Skills.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
• Prior insurance experience is required. Insurance license is not required at time of hire, but expectation would be of completion within 90 days of employment.
