Hometown Markets is hiring Afternoon Store Associates to support store operations during busy afternoon and evening hours. This role focuses on customer service, stocking, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. What Youll Do
- Greet and assist customers.
- Operate the register and handle transactions.
- Stock shelves, coolers, and merchandise.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Assist with food and beverage areas as needed.
- Communicate issues to management as needed.
- Reliable and dependable attendance.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to remain active throughout the shift.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation, including standing, walking, and physical tasks throughout the duration of the shift.
- Afternoon/evening shifts (2:00 PM10:00 PM or 3:00 PM11:00 PM).
- Consistent scheduling available.
- Weekend and holiday availability may be required based on business needs.
This role requires standing, walking, stocking merchandise, and general cleaning throughout the shift. Location & Scheduling Flexibility
