Programs, Retail & Gifting Experience Coordinator (Part-Time)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, guest-focused Coordinator to lead experiential programming, workshops, seasonal activations, pop-ups, and gifting initiatives. This part-time role balances retail floor support, weekend workshop execution, and hands-on gifting operations. Base hours are 24 hrs/week (Thursday–Sunday), with potential for up to 32 hrs/week during peak periods.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain store presentation
• Execute weekend workshops, pop-ups, seasonal activations, and tasting events
• Support gifting fulfillment, including packaging, labeling, and inventory tracking
• Plan workshop schedules, track materials, and maintain Eventbrite listings
• Compile metrics, support reporting, and participate in team check-ins
• Assist signage lead with visual materials as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience in experiential retail, workshops, events, or gifting operations
• Energetic, adaptable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
• Creative problem-solving and ability to work independently

Schedule: Thursday–Sunday, 24 hrs/week base; up to 32 hrs/week during peak periods
