Fertilization Technician

As a Fertilization Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' lawns and plants thrive. This position offers the opportunity to work independently while being part of a supportive and professional team.
Responsibilities
- Drive a company vehicle, with or without a trailer, on an independent route daily.
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, and insecticides to lawns, shrubs, and plant material according to industry standards, label instructions, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records through both paper and digital copies.
- Identify and diagnose turf and ornamental issues, reporting findings to account managers.
- Prepare and mix products following label instructions and product specifications.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle and equipment.
- Utilize equipment such as z-spray, hand spreaders, and other tools as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in lawn care or a related field.
- Knowledge of fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, and insecticides.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
- Physical ability to operate equipment and perform manual labor.
