Environmental and Safety Solutions Inc. is seeking a Construction Safety Associate/Manager to support a large construction project in Marshall, MI. This role combines safety oversight with real-time interpretation to ensure clear communication and compliance in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Must be Mandarin speaking, ability to interpret in the field.
• Assist with meetings, badging in new vendors or returning personnel
• Provide assistance to various departments as needed.
• Support communication during training and day-to-day operations

Requirements:

• Strong communication, writing, and computer skills.
• Local candidates preferred; per diem considered.
• Available to start immediately.
