Team Leader - Modular Housing Production

Are you an experienced builder ready to take the lead in a dynamic production environment?

Ginosko Modular is hiring two (2) skilled Team Leaders with building trades experience to leads teams in modular home production. In this hands-on role, you will provide direction, assign tasks, resolve challenges, and foster a safe, collaborative atmosphere. You will collaborate and work alongside various teams-including flooring, walls, roofing, drywall, insulation, finish carpentry, and more. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and assign tasks to team members in designated work areas to meet production timelines
• Interpret shop drawings, collaborate on work orders, and enact solutions
• Estimate material, tool, and equipment needs for projects
• Construct, install, and repair structural components including walls, windows, floors
• Operate and maintain hand and power tools; ensure daily safety checks
• Perform accurate measurements, cuts, and fastening per project specs
• Conduct quality inspections and correct deficiencies
• Train and mentor team members to build skills and ensure performance
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols and building codes
• Support finishing tasks and layout preparation

Work Location: Romulus, Michigan

Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma or related field preferred

Experience: Two years of experience in the building trades field required

Other Requirements:

• Ability to lead and guide team members with clear, collaborative instruction
• Skilled in reading blueprints, shop drawings, and following directions
• Strong math skills for quick, accurate problem-solving
• Proficient with hand and power tools, including measurement equipment
• Solid understanding of carpentry methods and construction principles
• Effective communicator with ability to follow written and verbal instruction
