Mental Health Therapist - Autism/ADHD

The Finding Place Collective is the mental health branch of My Relationships Project, located in Royal Oak, Mi. We are a growing, mission-driven practice dedicated to the social and emotional wellbeing of neurodivergent individuals. Our practice primarily serves individuals with ADHD and Level 1 Autism. Through therapy, coaching, and small-group social gatherings, our staff is dedicated to supporting our clients as active, self-determined, and engaged members of their communities.

Responsibilities/Opportunities:

- Provide neurodivergent-affirming therapy and executive functioning support to children, youth, adults, and families

- Facilitate small groups

- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field

- Current licensure as a mental health therapist in Michigan

- Direct experience working with neurodivergent individuals

- Knowledge of and commitment to neurodivergent-affirming therapeutic practices and supports

Compensation:

- This is a contract position (1099) for 10+ billable hours per week

- Fee split for services is dependent on experience, beginning with a 50/50 fee split for Limited Licensed clinicians and a 60/40 fee split for fully licensed clinicians

- Fee split covers office space, supplies and resources, access to electronic health record, billing services, and supervision/support if requested

- Social Work supervision provided in-house, if needed
