Are you an experienced, licensed realtor looking for steady income, built-in clients, and long-term growth opportunities ? We are an experienced property management company in business over 18 years, managing a large portfolio of single-family rental homes, and we are seeking a talented real estate professional to join our team.

This hybrid role combines consistent leasing activity with portfolio-driven sales opportunities and the ability to earn additional commission through your own real estate business. It’s ideal for agents who want a reliable client pipeline without relying solely on self-generated leads.

What You’ll Do

• Manage leasing activity across a portfolio of single-family rental homes, including prospect communication, showings, and lease execution
• Work with rental prospects from initial inquiry through signed lease
• Build relationships with tenants and assist them in transitioning to homeownership
• Represent property owners in buying and selling investment properties
• Conduct move-in and move-out inspections
• Maintain organized tracking and reporting for weekly team meetings
• Provide a high level of service to both tenants and property owners
• Run and grow your own retail real estate business helping your own clients buy, sell, or lease.

What We’re Looking For

• Active Real Estate License (required)
• Minimum 5 years of real estate transaction experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with the ability to track deals and follow up consistently
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Comfortable managing leasing, sales, and client service responsibilities

Compensation

• Base salary + commission structure
• Multiple income streams including leasing activity, sales transactions, and portfolio-driven referrals
• Opportunity to earn additional income through personal real estate transactions

Estimated earnings range from $75,000 to $150,000+, with additional upside beyond based on performance, referrals, and personal production.
