Job Title: Marketing & PR Intern
Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing & PR Intern to join our team. In this role, you have the chance to be the operational backbone of the department. You will provide administrative support, maintain day-to-day workflows, and actively look for ways to optimize and streamline our current processes for maximum efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist the Marketing & PR team with the execution of daily activities, events, and campaign rollouts.
- Administrative Management: Assist the Head of Marketing & PR to handle departmental administration, including invoicing, vendor communications, and maintaining internal databases.
- Workflow Optimization: Analyze existing team workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose actionable solutions to increase operational efficiency.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date marketing assets, PR archives, and internal process documentation.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a central point of contact for internal team members and HQ to ensure smooth project delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and structure.
- A proactive mindset with a strong interest in process improvement and efficiency.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Dutch or Chinese background is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
