Responsibilities- Assemble aircraft components and systems according to specifications and engineering drawings.
- Conduct thorough inspections of aircraft parts to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, making necessary repairs or adjustments.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used during assembly and repairs.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry standards and technologies.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in aviation maintenance preferred.
- Proven experience in aircraft assembly, maintenance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of aircraft systems and components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and engineering drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
