Bench Hand - Mold Trades

Job Summary

• Injection mold assembly and perform general mold maintenance.
• Use finishing tools: profiler, ninety grinder, ball burr grinder.
• Use grits of stones, sandpaper, and files to achieve required finishes.
• Fit tool components to assure proper tool function.
• Read and comprehend part and tool prints.
• Provide excellent attention to details.
• Work as a team and communicate effectively and respectfully with all company staff and visitors.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Plastic injection molding knowledge and experience - Required.
• Skilled with the tools used for benching / tooling duties.
• Work well with others
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic Computer skills
