Job Summary The Michigan Ross Office of Advancement at the Ross School of Business is seeking a detail-oriented Stewardship & Fund Coordinator to manage the critical intersection of donor intent, fund accuracy, tracking, and impact reporting. Reporting to the Director of Project Management, you will ensure that every gift from high-level corporate sponsorships to transformational $5M+ endowments is recorded, acknowledged, and reported with precision. You will serve as a vital link between Ross Advancement, the central Office of University Development (OUD), internal Ross partners, and the donors who make our mission possible. This hybrid position is based in Ann Arbor, MI, with an expectation of three days per week on-site. Responsibilities* Data Integrity and Fund Management
- Conduct regular audits of gift funds, pledges, and accounts to ensure accuracy in DART.
- Manage fund allocation, including unassigned gifts, corporate sponsorships, and matching contributions with Finance and fundraising partners.
- Maintain named fund and space records, ensuring donor recognition is accurate across systems and physical assets.
- Monitor gift agreements and compliance requirements (e.g., matching programs, board commitments), updating records and coordinating with partners.
- Lead annual stewardship reporting for scholarships and professorships, including data compilation and customized financial reporting.
- Manage donor acknowledgment processes, including digital communications and key stewardship mailings.
- Support donor engagement by coordinating scholarship recipient data and facilitating connections for personalized outreach and events.
- Provide regular pledge and payment updates to centers and institutes to support donor compliance and engagement.
- Be the liaison for gift adjustments and endowment updates with internal and central partners.
- Identify and escalate gifts and donor milestones to leadership and communications teams.
- Maintain processes that support fund tracking and gift processing.
- Develop and document stewardship and fund management procedures.
- Maintain tracking systems, calendars, and documentation to support transparency and compliance.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and donor experience.
- Contribute to advancement programs, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Experienced in interpreting data and financial analysis, including ensuring accuracy.
- Experienced in collaborating across teams with varied backgrounds and perspectives.
- Expertise in reconciling invoices/payments and experience with CRM databases (DART/Blackbaud preferred).
- Experienced in handling sensitive information with discretion and care, including interactions involving donors.

Additional Information The salary offer range for this position is $50,900 to $59,700. Salary offers are determined based on several factors, including a candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, along with internal equity considerations. It is not common for new hires to be placed at the top of the range.
