Salary Range: $54,000 - $86,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical control systems, wiring, and equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve electrical and electronic faults in industrial machinery and production lines.
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to facilitate repairs and installations.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards, electrical codes (e.g., NEC), and company policies.
• Work with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for troubleshooting, programming, and system modifications.
• Calibrate and test electrical equipment and instrumentation to ensure accuracy and proper function.

Recommended Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician certification or equivalent state license.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Demonstrated experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and industrial control systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for complex electrical systems, machinery, and automation equipment.
• Extensive knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), OSHA regulations, and other relevant safety standards.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming and optimization (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell).
• Experience with industrial robotics maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET).
• Advanced knowledge of Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and servo systems.
