Team Lead Production - Onsite - Ann Arbor, MI

As the Team/Shift Lead Production, you will be responsible for the leadership of a team of production specialists. The goal is to fulfill daily production plans within defined timelines and quality standards.

This is an onsite role in Ann Arbor, MI.

What you will accomplish together with us:

• Align resources with production plans on a daily basis
• Provide effective and constructive feedback to production staff and suggest corrective actions if needed to ensure production plans are fulfilled
• Check production plans and fulfillments — takes care of maintenance and repair of machines.
• Assist with assembly processes, troubleshooting products and equipment when needed.
• Conduct Safety Audits.
• Support the efforts to increase first past yield numbers.
• Monitor, support and report KPIs.
• Support NPIs and product transfers.

What will convince us

• High School Diploma/GED
• 5+ years of experience in a production environment
• 1+ years of experience in lead role with effective leadership skills — finding the balance between drawing a line and mindfulness
• Ability to trouble shoot
• Ability to keep calm in times of pressure
