We are currently seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. This role operates in a fast-paced, dynamic environment—similar to a 911 dispatch center—requiring quick thinking, strong communication, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Position OverviewThe Maintenance Coordinator is the first point of contact for operational leaders requesting maintenance support. You will dispatch maintenance teams, document issues, and manage work orders using our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software.

salary: $19 - $26 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls and requests from operational leaders regarding equipment breakdowns and maintenance needs.

• Quickly assess the situation and dispatch appropriate maintenance personnel to address issues.

• Record detailed information about each incident in Excel and issue work orders in CMMS software.

• Monitor the status of work orders and follow up to ensure timely resolution.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams to provide updates and support.

• Maintain accurate records and logs of maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Proven ability to manage stressful situations in an efficient and professional manner.

• strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and CMMS or similar maintenance management systems.

• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to remain composed when handling urgent requests.

• Technical acumen; prior experience working in a skilled trade office or maintenance coordination environment is highly preferred.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Additional Information

• All interviews will be conducted virtually.

• Training will be provided on our specific CMMS platform.
