About the Role:
Join MISS KRYSTAL CARES LLC as a Home Care Aide and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients in Port Huron, MI. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide essential support and care to those in need, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Administer medication and monitor clients' health conditions as required.
- Help with meal preparation and nutritional support tailored to individual needs.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client conditions to supervisors.
- Support mobility and physical therapy exercises as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in home health or caregiving preferred.
- Previous experience in home care, nursing, or a related field is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between client locations.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor towards clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to follow care plans and adhere to safety protocols.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Background check and reference verification required for employment.
