About the RoleThe Supervisor – Lakeview plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of food and beverage services at the Lakeview location.
This position is responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting team performance, and delivering a high-quality guest experience. The Supervisor leads by example, ensuring service standards are met, team members are supported, and operations run efficiently. This role also works collaboratively with other departments to support overall resort operations and guest satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality or food & beverage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Experience with budgeting and financial oversight
- Knowledge of local tourism attractions and services
- Oversee daily operations at the Lakeview outlet, ensuring efficient and high-quality service
- Supervise, train, and support team members to meet performance expectations
- Address guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate services and support events
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and health regulations
- Support scheduling and staffing needs in coordination with leadership
- Other duties as assigned
