Operations Manager – Maintenance & Snow
$65K–$75K + Bonus | Company Vehicle
Ace Outdoor Services, a leading provider of outdoor maintenance and snow operations services, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager. This key role is integral to our company's success. The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Maintenance and Snow Operations Divisions, ensuring efficient workflows, safety compliance, and effective team leadership.
- Run daily operations, scheduling, and crew routing
- Lead crews and enforce quality standards
- Manage snow operations and response during winter
- Oversee equipment, fleet, and job readiness
- Track labor, production, and job performance
- Train, develop, and hold teams accountable
- 3+ years managing maintenance and snow operations
- Experience managing 30+ crew members and leaders
- Commercial and residential experience required
- Strong leadership and ability to drive results
- Understanding of labor, production, and job costing
- Valid driver’s license
- $65,000–$75,000 + bonus opportunities
- Company vehicle (take-home)
- Health insurance
- Paid time off
Field + office role. Outdoor work required. On-call during snow season.
