Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers.

Recommended Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex engineering projects from conception through completion, including budget and timeline management.
• Expertise in applying continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma) to optimize production and reduce costs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset to drive innovation and efficiency in manufacturing operations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience implementing Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, advanced automation).
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) in a manufacturing environment.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
