Purchasing Administrator
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing-Inventory Administrator to join a dynamic team in Three Rivers. This role plays a key part in managing purchasing, inventory control, and general accounting functions that directly impact the company’s efficiency and profitability. If you have a growth mindset, strong communication skills, and enjoy working independently with advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills, this role is a great fit.
What You’ll Do
- Manage all costing and purchasing activities for relevant materials to support production and operations
- Oversee inventory control functions and ensure accurate stock levels are maintained
- Perform general accounting duties related to purchasing and inventory transactions
- Use advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills to analyze data, prepare reports, and streamline processes
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, internal teams, and management to resolve issues and optimize purchasing strategies
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to support audit compliance and financial reporting
- Work independently to identify opportunities for process improvements
- Support ongoing initiatives to improve inventory accuracy and reduce costs
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in purchasing, inventory control, or related administrative/accounting role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the full Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and a growth-oriented work ethic
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to function independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
