Mitigation/Contents Division Manager Paul Davis is a national franchise organization and leading provider of fire and water damage clean up and restoration for residential and commercial properties. Available 24/7, our business is cleaning up and restoring damage to homes and commercial structures due to water damage, fire damage, mold damage and storm damage. The Paul Davis office in Traverse City is currently seeking a results driven individual to be hands on Mitigation/Contents Division Manager. This person will be responsible for receiving, coordinating, supervising and delivering timely completion of new and ongoing mitigation and small reconstruction restoration projects from water, fire, storm and mold damage. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Taking in new job information Coordinating sub-contractors Supervising and scheduling staff Handle Hiring & Termination of Staff Communicating with all involved parties of job On-site work supervision of work in progress Delivering accurate accounts of ongoing projects Timely completion of all jobs Estimating Project Management Invoicing & Collections 24/7 On-Call for emergencies Requirements: Construction experience (restoration experience and certification a plus) At least 3 years of management experience Must be good with computers and be open to learn new technology Must be willing to be on call 24/7 Ability to field after hours and weekend emergency calls Ability to lift 50lbs College degree or training a plus Salary, Bonus Plan, Vehicle, Phone, Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation Time, Medical Insurance, Simple IRA Plan.
